STRIVE sports management provides support and mentorship to young budding athletes, elite athletes, college bound, or those seeking professional opportunities, who are trying to navigate the sometimes-rough terrain of the soccer world.
STRIVE takes pride in assisting athletes on and off the playing field. This means in addition to enhancing physical performance, we also provide emotional and mental support.
STRIVE Sports Management is the creation of Terence Smith, a professional, international soccer player.
Terence was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He grew up in Brampton, Ontario. He’s been playing organized soccer since he was 5 years-old. As a teenager, he was recruited by Toronto Lynx, then went on to earn an athletic scholarship and play 4 years in the NCAA league, followed by stints in the USL, NISA, Germany and Bulgaria as well as international competition with the Barbados national team.
STRIVE was born out of Terence’s passion to help other athletes reach their goals of collegiate, professional, or international success.
“Mentoring and coaching athletes is something I’ve done for many years,” says Smith. “Now through STRIVE I’m able to broaden my reach and mentor more athletes than ever before.”
“Part of the reason I developed STRIVE is to provide young athletes with tips and guidance that I could have used when I was coming up,” says Smith.
